Apple, Nut 'n Honey Club

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. Skippy® Natural Super Chunk® Peanut Butter Spread
3 slices whole grain bread, toasted, if desired
1/4 cup thinly sliced apple
1 Tbsp. honey

Preparation

  1. Evenly spread Skippy® Natural Super Chunk® Peanut Butter Spread on 2 bread slices, then top 1 slice with apple. Evenly spread honey on remaining bread slice.
  2. Assemble sandwich, then cut into quarters.

Warm Peanut Butter & Jelly Dip

Ingredients

1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup Skippy® Natural Creamy Peanut Butter Spread
1/3 cup seedless raspberry jam

Preparation

  1. Layer cream cheese, Skippy® Natural Creamy Peanut Butter Spread and jam in 1-quart microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH 1 minute or until heated through.
  2. Serve, if desired, with apple slices and graham cracker sticks. 

    Tip: May be baked in preheated 350° oven for 20 minutes.

Baked Oatmeal with Peanut Butter

  • 1-1/2 cups quick cooking oats
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Skippy® Peanut Butter
Preheat oven to 350° and grease a 9×13 pan. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and stir well. Spread in to pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until edges are golden brown. Serve with warm milk poured over top
*Other serving suggestions
  • slice bananas on top then pour warm milk
  • sprinkle with a few mini chocolate chips
  • add yogurt and a little maple syrup
yields 12-16 servings and is wonderful left over for a quick easy breakfast.
